I’m Samantha. I started Taro Financial because there are two things I love the most in life: natural foods and finance. Taro Financial exists to help natural products CPG brands succeed because we believe in your mission just as much as you do.

I first studied Nutrition & Dietetics in college. But as I learned about the food system in America and the health problems it causes, I was more interested in market solutions rather than medical interventions. I believe that if we can increase access to high-quality food, then we can reduce the incidence of lifestyle diseases associated with poor diets. And why not make the whole thing sustainable while we’re at it so that our planet and all its inhabitants can benefit?

That led me to also study Business and realize I have a knack for numbers. After becoming a CPA and helping several small businesses grow, I am focusing exclusively on serving natural products CPG brands.

There is no denying this is a tough time to be in CPG. But it’s also a time of tremendous opportunity for brands that nail down their business fundamentals and prioritize profitability. Taro Financial is here to help you do that.
